Millennials wanted in the housing industry
Housing market experts predict a rising number of millennials will buy homes in the coming years as their careers stabilize and more of them begin to marry and start a family.
Yet, according to the National Association of Realtors, the median age of its members is 57. The average age of a loan officer is 54, according to Mortgage Professional America, a news outlet that covers the mortgage and finance industry.

Denver housing market has record year in 2015 but cools in final week
Metro Denver's housing market had a record year in 2015, but it also showed signs of exhaustion in the final month as prices stayed flat and the number of listings dropped sharply, according to a report Tuesday from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
"The Denver metro area continues to be the number one real estate market in the country," Anthony Rael, chairman of the DMAR Market Trends Committee wrote in a monthly update.

DON'T BUY: 15 US housing markets where it makes more sense to rent
Buying a home can be a good investment, but in some areas the cost discrepancy between renting a place and buying a place can be massive.
RealtyTrac, a real-estate research firm, compiled data from 504 counties in large housing markets across the US. They found that in these markets the cost to rent, as a percentage of median wages, was lower than a monthly home payment about 42% of the time.
